Air France vape & e-liquid rules

Vapes and e-cigarettes must travel in the Air France cabin — never in checked baggage, because of the lithium battery. The e-liquid itself is a liquid: bottles of 100 ml or less inside your clear bag, including the juice already in the tank.

What to know before you pack

Using or charging a vape on board is prohibited on every commercial flight, including in the toilets.
Empty or part-empty the tank before flying — cabin pressure changes cause leaks.
Spare batteries must be individually protected against short circuits and carried in the cabin.
Baby food and medical liquids are exempt.
Vapes and spare batteries must be in the cabin only.
