Vueling hand luggage & liquid rules

Vueling gives every passenger a free underseat bag (40×20×30 cm, 10 kg). A 55×40×20 cm trolley (10 kg) is only free with Optima, TimeFlex and higher fares. Liquids follow the airport rule — 100 ml per container or 2 L at CT-scanner airports like Barcelona T1 and Rome FCO.
