United Airlines hand luggage & liquid rules
United Basic Economy on most US routes includes only a personal item — no full-size carry-on. Standard Economy and above include a carry-on (56×35×22 cm, 22×14×9 in) plus a personal item. Liquids follow TSA's 3-1-1 rule (3.4 oz per container, one quart bag).
