Why CBD is different from normal liquids

CBD is not just a liquid-rule issue. It may be treated as a controlled substance depending on the destination or transit country. Passing airport security does not mean you have cleared customs or any country-specific drug laws.

Some destinations distinguish between THC-free CBD isolate and full-spectrum CBD that contains trace THC; others do not. Lab certificates from the seller may not satisfy customs officers. When in doubt, do not travel with the product.
